Our 24-hour staff is here to provide personalized care as designed by you and the Admissions Counselor. Simple inclusive monthly pricing makes budgeting easier. Our knowledgeable staff meets with each resident, and together tailor a care plan that reflects their individuality and encourage independence. Plans can be adjusted as care requirements change, to ensure a safe environment.

Adult Day Care

Our adult day care program is a great way to relieve the caregiver for the day while ensuring that the recipient will still receive the proper care in a safe and friendly environment. Our day program will allow recipients to be part of social and spiritual daily activities. Please inquire about financial help.

Memory Care

La Casa is a state licensed Memory Care Facility. Our staff receives training to assist people with dementia and memory issues. We believe in embracing the skills and memories a person retains. Working with the resident to use these skills promotes a sense of self-worth and allows them to retain a safe level of independence in a loving nurturing setting.

Respite Care

We offer short-term respite care options for adults. Whether you are recovering from an illness, injury, surgery, or just need caregiving help so you are able to attend an event, run errands, or just need to recharge your batteries, our compassionate staff can assist you in your needs. Please inquire about financial help.

Hospice Care

We offer short-term hospice comfort care. If you are looking for a hands-on, "homey" atmosphere, we have wonderful, caring staff that will love your family member, like they are their own.

Nutrition & Exercise

We strive to provide our residents with nutritious home cooked meals made from scratch daily. Come and join us for coffee and snack time at 2:30 every day. Also offered are daily exercise and activities any time the feeling strikes. Feeding the body and the mind are important to keep you happy and healthy for many years to come.

Activity Room

We provide a variety of activities, crafts, and games. Whether you want to put together a craft by yourself or play a game with others, we have a wide range of puzzles, games, crafts, and coloring for every stage of life you are in.

We Offer Video Visitation & Telemed for Appointments

To facilitate communication between residents and their friends and loved ones, La Casa Personal Care has set up Skype, Zoom, and a variety of social media video applications. This will allow residents and loved ones to visit “face to face” from afar. We also have telemed available as an option for Dr. appointments. Due to the low number of COVID cases in Sheridan County, La Casa Personal Care is open for visitation at this time. We hope that with the low number of cases throughout the county, we will be able to continue with our open doors. We will be monitoring the active cases and notify family via updated website and Facebook posts of visitation changes. Please call 406-765-1669 with any question.
